4. Any person who will apply for the recognition under the paragraph 1 shall submit to the Minister of Transport an application describing nationality, name, age, address and occupation of the applicant, and the kind, date of issuance, and term of validity of the Certificate of a Foreign Government, and the location where the recognition under the proviso of Article 19 of the Law will be established and the reasons necessitating the recognition, accompanied by a document to certify that the applicant is the holder of a Certificate of a foreign government together with 2 photographs.
5. In the case of the recognition under paragraph 1, the document of “The Designation of Qualified Mechanic” shall be issued.
Article 32-(4). The confirmation under the proviso of Article 19 paragraph 1 of the Law shall be established with regard to the planning and process of repair and alteration as well as the status upon completion of the work.
2. The confirmation under the preceding paragraph shall be established by affixing the signature or seal of the person under the proviso of Article 19 paragraph 1.
(Application for the Certificate of Repair and Alteration on Aircraft).
Article 32-(5). Any person who applies for the certificate under Article 19-(2) paragraph 1 (hereinafter referred to as certificate of repair and alteration on aircraft) shall submit an application for certificate of repair and alteration on aircraft (Form No. 15-(3)) at each business premises to the Minister of Transport.
2. The application under the preceding paragraph shall be accompanied by duplicated copies of repair and alteration manuals of the aircraft and the records of repair and alteration manuals under the preceding paragraph shall include the following items;
(1)Scope of repair and alteration to be certified under the provisions of
Article 32-(8).
(2)Outline of method of repair and alteration.
(3)Description of the level and competence of the said repair and alteration which certifies that the standards comply with the provisions of paragraph 1 to 6 inclusive of the next Article.
(Standards for the Maintenance and Alteration Certification of Aircraft)
Article 32-(6). The technical standards under the provisions of Article 19-2 paragraph of the Law shall be as follows:
